Everything!!!! The location was perfect. Right off of Canal Street, not to far from Bourbon Street. The hotel was very relaxing. It didn't give me that big chain hotel feel which can be overwhelming when it comes to service. The room was exactly as pictured and comfy. It was three of us and we still had our personal space. The check in process was very simple and the front desk staff (don't know names)was very helpful and professional. The hotel had good breakfast and coffee. (Thank you Ms. Tishe and her co worker for keeping the coffee station hot and prepared all day. Also Jeff the bellman was very courteous and entertaining.(Thanks for the popcorn Jeff) lol. The hotel staff was excellent making sure the public areas were cleaned and maintained and any issues that arose were addressed. The housekeepers were the best making sure we had supplies even if we didn't need our room to be cleaned. Last but not least, the manager Adam was very professional and helpful during our stay!!! He referred us to some wonderful places to visit. I can honestly say that my stay here was wonderful. I am mad I didn't know about it before then, but I'm glad I did. My friends had a good first time in New Orleans. It didn't feel like staying at a hotel, more like a family member's home. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Nola.

Sexy

I stayed there May 3rd and May 11th 2025 for cruise with Carnival Liberty who's port wasn't to far away and I loved everything about it!!! Walking distance to a lot of attractions (Bourbon St and French Quarters) and a lot of great restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to be sure I was happy and taken care of. Rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Along with very good hot breakfast bar. I loved it so much that I have booked my next cruise out of New Orleans again for November 2nd - 9th 2025 and will be staying there again November 1st and November 9th can't wait

This was my third stay at this hotel. The staff is always helpful, courteous and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. Hot selections like eggs & sausages along with cold cereal. They have coffee available before the regular breakfast hours which I really appreciate. The in-room coffee is also a plus. The hotel is clean and attractive and centrally located a few blocks from Canal Street and the French Quarter. The rates are reasonable. The restaurant next door, The Ruby Slipper, is great for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Great vibes there and very friendly.

We stayed in room 812 which was a handicapped" room and we had lots of room and lots of bathroom area - air conditioning was perfect, bedding very comfortable - I WANT TO SAY THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL!! - MISS TISH AND HER ASSISTANT TISH (YES, SAME NAME, LOL) WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL - ESPECIALLY MISS TISH. DELICIOUS PASTRIES, YOGURT, FRESH FRUIT, PANCAKES, BISCUITS!!, EGGS, BACON, TURKEY AND PORK SAUSAGE . AND DELICIOUS COFFEE, FRESH! - VERY CLEAN AND LARGE EATING AREA. WE LOVED IT, AND THANKS AGAIN TO MISS TISH!!!

Perfect location, walking distance to French quarter and Bourbon Street, many restaurants and stores around. Staff was helpful. Breakfast really good, several options. Late check out and luggage storage were available. There were 2 vending machines, one for snacks, other for soft drinks and water. Ice machine also available. Good size and clean room, good quality amenities (shampoo, hair conditioner, soup and lotion). Good pillows and mattress.
